LEVEL 2 AWARD IN INSTRUCTING CIRCUIT TRAINING
- The objectives of this qualification are to:
develop skills and knowledge in a range of areas relevant to a circuit
training instructor, such as:
– the benefits and training effects of circuit training
– health and safety considerations
– the layouts, equipment and exercises that could be used in a circuit
training session
– the use of music and licensing
– how to plan safe and effective circuit training sessions
– how to instruct, observe and monitor participants
demonstrate the knowledge, understanding and practical skills needed
to work as a circuit training instructor.
LEVEL 2 AWARD IN INSTRUCTING KETTLEBELL TRAINING
- develop skills and knowledge in a range of areas relevant to a kettlebell
training instructor, such as:
– the benefits and training effects of kettlebell training
– health and safety considerations
– the equipment and exercises that could be used in a kettlebell
training session
– the use of music and licensing
– how to plan safe and effective kettlebell training sessions
– how to instruct, observe and monitor participants
demonstrate the knowledge, understanding and practical skills needed
to work as a kettlebell training instructor.
LEVEL 2 AWARD IN INSTRUCTING SUSPENSION TRAINING
- develop skills and knowledge in a range of areas relevant to a
suspension training instructor, such as:
– the benefits and training effects of suspension training
– health and safety considerations
– the equipment and exercises that could be used in a suspension
training session
– the use of music and licensing
– how to plan safe and effective suspension training sessions
– how to instruct, observe and monitor participants
demonstrate the knowledge, understanding and practical skills needed
to work as a suspension training instructor.
LEVEL 2 AWARD IN INSTRUCTING GROUP CYCLING

cycling instructor, such as:

– the handle bar grips, seat positions and riding techniques that could
be used in group cycling sessions
– the use of music and licensing
– how to plan safe and effective group cycling sessions
